The order is confirmed after payment. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
The delivery time depends on the distance of the shipping country from Thailand and is approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
You can use the postal delivery service worldwide when placing an order on our website yourself or through an operator. To do this, you need to:

- For postal delivery of your order to China, you must additionally provide the recipient ‘s ID
- For some countries, a passport details may be required for customs clearance (we will inform you regarding that by email)
