Who is it for: 

For children from 7 years old. At this age, all the curves of the spine are formed, so the pillow has high bolsters, unlike the 3+ children's pillow

The bolsters are high which provides good neck support.
The pillow is soft, though it is a little firmer than the 3+ Baby Contour pillow.
