For the delivery to the hotel, you can send us messages by email, messengers or chat. The manager will specify in which city you are staying and offer you delivery options.
1. If there is a Bangkok-Latex store in your city and the item you want to purchase is in stock, then express courier delivery is possible.
2. If the product is out of stock in our local store, then we will deliver it to the city where you are staying within 3-4 business days. In this case, you should have those days available and contact us a few days prior to your departure.
3. If there is no Bangkok-Latex store in the city where your hotel is located, then mail delivery to the door is possible. Courier and postal delivery in Thailand are free except for Phuket. Terms of delivery to Phuket can be found here.
