Natural Latex Product Care Guide
Simple care tips for long-lasting pillows and mattresses
Why proper care is important
Can natural latex be dried in direct sunlight?
Direct sunlight can damage the structure of natural latex, causing it to dry out and crack over time. We recommend airing it out in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
Can natural latex be washed?
The latex core itself does not need to be washed. In most cases, simply wiping the surface with a damp cloth is sufficient. If necessary, a specific area can be gently rinsed with water and allowed to dry naturally.
For regular care, only the removable outer cover should be washed.
Can Cleaning Products Be Used?
For natural latex care, avoid using harsh cleaning products. If you need to remove a stain, use a mild soap solution and a clean, soft cloth.
Can Latex Be Dried with a Hair Dryer or on a Radiator?
This is not recommended. Hot air may affect the structure of natural latex.
For best results, allow the product to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area or use a regular fan to improve airflow.
How Do I Care for a Latex Mattress?
Latex mattresses are very easy to maintain. Simply wash the protective cover regularly and change your bed linen as needed. The latex core itself requires no special cleaning.
How Should Natural Latex Products Be Stored?
Store latex products in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Vacuum storage bags are not recommended for long-term storage.
Do I Need to Rotate a Latex Mattress?
If desired, the mattress can be rotated periodically to promote more even wear. However, this is not necessary, as natural latex retains its shape well and is highly resistant to body impressions.
